Private individual’s, achieve huge savings negotiating directly with transport providers. For example . you need a motor bike shipping from the UK to France. If your shipping dates are flexible and a vehicle is in the UK returning to the France. you can receive ‘backload rates’ usually with savings up to 60% as the transport is going home with available space.

How can i show my vehicle in real time, and Free of Charge , on your website ?
Register your details, get verified , download our app to your phone . As simple as that. This service is completely free of charge . You can switch the app on and off when you are not available for work.
How do i post a load , Free of Charge ?
Simply register as a shipper . We ask for details to verify you as a member. This is to protect everyone involved. Then fill out the ‘Post a Load ‘ form. Our staff will check and, confirm or correct, your details and post it on the website and display it on the map search. You will receive email conformation as soon as it goes live.
Can i use your website to match my own loads or vehicles ?
Yes, all you will need is to submit your tax details with documents to be verified and we will subscribe you as a vendor . You will have your own dashboard to control your business from .
What is the cost of using Courier Loads ?
We do not charge for any listings , they are all entered on our platform free of charge. So, no sale , no fee. On completion of an agreed transaction , the transporter and shipper enter an agreement and are obliged to fulfil the terms negotiated between themselves. At this point a fee is paid directly to Courierloads, usually between 5% & 10% ( Successful Listings Fees) Our fee will be shown on your ‘ ITEM ‘ page at the side of the bidding price. Leaving the remaining balance to be completed as per your agreement.
How do i pay your commision.
You have two options. When opting to take urgent or Time Critical work you will be directed to your Cart & Checkout pages. Here you can take the Direct Bank Payment option or add the job to your Monthly Account,
For jobs that you have won through the full auction process thr job will automatically be added to your monthly account.
Who decides the price or customer deposit
The price is dictated by the auction process. We do not get involved with the price process. You are free to negotiate directly with the Shipper. As a guide you could agree on a deposit with balance on delivery, to be fair to all parties.

You will be notified by email of bidding activity throughout your listing period

The closing date of your listing will be shown as COLLECTION date

Accept a bid leaving the Transport sufficient time to prepare

At any point you can accept the current bid and agree to our commission fee.

Be sure you have agreed terms with your chosen transport provider before ‘ACCEPTING’

You will be directed to your cart page and choose payment method

At this point you will have direct contact with your chosen transport provider.

You will be notified by email on your bid status

In the event of a winning bid your job will be added to your account and you will receive the ‘ Shippers ‘ details.
